Feeling Inspired....

I started a new workout program on last Monday and also kicked off a short 10-Day Core Challenge group... 
Let me just say... 
There are a lot of peeps from my team that are going the new program together and I  it so much!! 
I see their posts and sweaty selfies and we talk about how hard it is but how good we feel and I am just INSPIRED!!! I am inspired to keep pushing play at 4:30am. I am inspired to eat according to my plan... No cheats!! As of now (Sunday morning) I've lost 5.2 lbs. I will be taking new measurements and photos tomorrow. I can't wait to see the changes happening! 
And then my Core challenge is a whole other group and these people are KILLING it!! 
They are SORE... Trust me... SUPER SORE!! 
And they keep pushing, keep working, and they keep inspiring each other!! 
I am so happy inside my  because I am a part of this! I am part of the reason these people are connecting to each other... I am surrounded by motivating, positive people that are working to be better than they were yesterday. 
And that is just awesome.

Make THIS Year The Most AMAZING Year!!

I am a goal setter. I do not believe in resolutions as they are often forgotten before the end of the week. 

I like to look at where I want to be in a year, or 5 years, or even 10 years and then create a plan of action that will help me get there. 

I usually start around mid-December writing things down and by the end of the month I have a pretty clear plan. 

I don't worry about failing, because unless I absolutely give up.... I will achieve what I've set out to.
